The self-contained HTML mockup that the Sources UI (C1, #97) and the wizard (C2, #98) are built against — card catalog, coverage timeline, date-window editor, acknowledge→enable gate, auto-background model. Committed so the design artifact travels with the repo rather than living only in a local home dir. Commits the self-contained Sources-screen mockup (
