What changed

document the required Telegram credentials in mcp/.env
call out the default MCP daemon URL and bearer token expectation from plugin/.mcp.json
add a short clean-machine verification checklist after the contract smoke step

Verification

inspected the README diff for command/path clarity
no automated tests run (docs-only change)
