Library and CLI for working with Crazy Taxi 3 assets.
Currently only supports decoding/encoding ART files. More support may be added in the future.

The version you want should be labeled as ct3lib-cli-[architecture]-[platform]-[release/debug], for example
ct3lib-cli-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-release for 64-bit Linux.
After downloading, rename the executable to ct3lib-cli (include .exe suffix for Windows).
Run ct3lib-cli --help to view the available commands and options.
