Reproduce figures of the gamdid paper

If you want to reproduce the figures in the gamdid paper

1. Generate the data by executing make_data.R
2. Generate the simulations by exectuing make_simulations.R
3. Generate the case study by executing make_caseStudy.R
4. Generate the figures by executing make_figures.R

The figures are stored as pdf and jpg in the figures folder.
