Removes vendored .claude/skills/gstack/ from git tracking and adds it to .gitignore. Each developer now runs: cd ~/.claude/skills/gstack && ./setup
Repath all skill symlinks from the defunct stuttgart workspace to the active medan workspace after gstack team-mode migration.
