I've spent 12+ years in the cloud-native trenches — infrastructure-as-code at Puppet, the container revolution at Docker, hyperscale go-to-market at AWS — and that whole arc has landed exactly where it was always heading: AI infrastructure. These days I help enterprises run AI agents on Kubernetes with proper guardrails — service mesh, agentic AI, and an engineering workflow that's gone fully AI-native.

First SE in EMEA at Puppet and then Docker — I love joining things early and building from scratch. I've led SE teams through hypergrowth (and an acquisition or two), spoken at PuppetCamp, DockerCon, DevOpsDays and re:Invent, and learned that the best product feedback comes from sitting next to the people actually running the thing. Platform engineering taught me how teams ship; now I'm fascinated by what happens when agents join the team.
