Closes #2445.

Documents the default severity for every built-in OpenAPI and AsyncAPI rule. Each rule now shows its Recommended status and Default severity when enabled severity, taken directly from the ruleset definitions. I also added the two small rule sections that were missing from the reference docs and verified the pages with Prettier.
