Documents the default severity for every built-in OpenAPI and AsyncAPI rule. Each rule now shows its
Recommendedstatus andDefault severity when enabledseverity, taken directly from the ruleset definitions. I also added the two small rule sections that were missing from the reference docs and verified the pages with Prettier.
