What does this PR do?
Adds the default autoresearch pipeline for PITHOS, including first-pass research briefs, deep invariant analysis, bounded execution paths, exploit primitive extraction, reusable daisy-chain synthesis, and chain-derived finding generation. It also wires HexStrike MCP tools through Pi, adds bounded retry/resource behavior, and supports a separate image-analysis delegate for Daytona Computer Use verification.
