feat: Add Mythos offensive verification capabilities

What does this PR do?

Adds additive MYTHOS-level offensive verification capabilities without new CLI flags or breaking existing artifact names:

• Adds static autoresearch coverage accounting under autoresearch.coverage in run-summary.json and RUN.md.
• Adds structured recommended_verification harness plans, preserves them through runtime findings, and replays them through existing live verification.
• Adds persona-aware HTTP/API matrix probing under the existing --execute-app runtime path.
• Adds replay artifacts such as harness-plan.json, coverage.json, replay.sh, and runtime summary coverage metadata.
• Enhances generated runtime profiles with seed detection plus harness and coverage guidance.
• Adds focused tests for static coverage, runtime HTTP probing, harness replay, and template output.
