Description

Updated the Getting Started – Blazor Web App section.
Completed: Avatar, Badge, Barcode, Block Editor, Breadcrumb.
Simplified the package installation steps to make setup easier.
Added clear steps to open a Razor file and include the component with the correct render mode.
Also added simple steps to run the application for a better user experience and added tab switching feature for package installation and running the application.
