- Add 'declare module *.css {}' so CSS side-effect imports satisfy TS2882
- Make EasyButtonOptions.states optional to match upstream leaflet-easybutton
types and fix TS2687 declaration-modifier mismatch
- Add css-modules.d.ts (script-mode file) with 'declare module *.css {}' so
ts-loader resolves CSS side-effect imports and satisfies TS2882
- Remove duplicate easybutton declarations from globals.d.ts that conflicted
with upstream leaflet-easybutton types (TS2717 on onClick, TS2687 on states)
- Update ButtonManager return types to L.Control.EasyButton to match the more
specific upstream easyButton/easyBar signatures
