`googlec3508f6a7924162b.html` is Google Search Console's proof of ownership for
the URL-prefix property `https://temoki.github.io/TortoiseBlocks/`, and its
entire content is the one line Google generated. Do not tidy it, rename it, or
wrap it in HTML: the check reads the file's contents and the name has to match
what is inside. It is a file rather than the `<meta name="google-site-verification">`
alternative for one reason — the landing page's `<head>` is rewritten every
release, and a tag living there is exactly what a rewrite drops silently, taking
the verification with it; Search Console re-checks periodically and un-verifies
when the proof stops answering. Nothing links to it, and nothing should.

The policy page states what was *measured* — no accounts, no analytics, no
advertising or third-party SDK, no tracking, and no networking code anywhere
in the app or in TortoiseGraphics2 — which is also why no
