Replaces the old-brand logo assets with the current ThoughtSpot brand package: theme-aware README header (black/white mark + CS Tools heading), SVG docs-site logo, refreshed favicon and symbol mark, with dark/light handling on every surface. Targets master directly since both the repo page and the docs site render from it — cosmetic only, no code; a back-merge to dev follows.
