@tiny-fish/mcp@0.1.0 is live on npm as latest. Drop the pre-release banner (replaced with an npm version badge) and move the changelog entry from Unreleased to 0.1.0 (2026-08-03), linked to the npm version since the manual first publish wasn't git-tagged.
