Use GCFScape to extract sound files from the game files. Google how to do this if you are not sure. Once you have the directory path of the sound clip, add a new section to the config file in saysounds.cfg.
Make sure to fork this repository and edit on your repository before making a pull request to this one.
We are not planning to include custom sounds at this time.
