Bug found running the coach on a real monorepo (tmoody1973/annotated). Root package.json only was read, so a Next.js + Convex + Fastify app showed no frameworks and no adapters. Now workspace members contribute deps, scripts, and platform config files. Result on annotated: 3 frameworks, 3 surfaces, 3 adapters, multi-surface rollback finding raised. 27 tests, validator, self-audit pass.
