I've added a conditional within ros2-docker.sh to check whether the user is using linux + wayland.
If so, it gives UID:1001 permission to access the x socket currently in use.
Right now, the check will be done every time you run ros2-docker.sh. I could change this so it adds it to the .system_type file.

I've also added some nvidia commands to the docker compose file that can be uncommented, I've given instructions within the linux.md file on how to set it up.
