Picks up neotom 96e7b4e: the editor now uses cyberdream recolored to rice/palette.json, so nvim matches waybar, wofi, eww, ghostty and tmux. Moves the nvim line out of the spec's follow-ups into the surfaces list, with the warning that this one is hand-mapped rather than generated — palette.json and lua/plugins/theme.lua have to move together. Closes dotfiles-qzs.14
