SImple utility for generating Grade Card for IGNOU Courses

This project proposes a new student academic portal that generates a unique student ID when they take admission for the first time in school. This ID will be used to track the student's academic progress throughout their time in school, university, or any other study courses. The ID will also be used to access the student's academic records.
