implemented ls command in golang

Usage

% ./go-ls --help                                                                                                                                                                                                         (git)-[master]
Usage of ./go-ls:
  -a    Include directory entries whose names begin with a dot (.).
  -t    Sort by time modified (most recently modified first) before sorting the operands by lexicographical order.
