feat(eve): add guided GitHub setup

Summary

• add a guided eve add channel/github flow that creates a Vercel Connect GitHub App, replaces its default trigger with /eve/v1/github, scaffolds Connect-managed credentials, and opens the Connect dashboard
• register GitHub setup in the integration and registry catalogs, and update the GitHub docs and gallery copy
• remove the obsolete local gap log: detach → attach is intentionally used to replace Connect's default trigger destination

Residual gaps

None for the guided setup. Connect's supported detach → attach replacement is deliberate: it removes the creation-time default trigger before attaching the sole /eve/v1/github destination.

pnpm typecheck was attempted but could not complete because this environment is Node 22.22.2 while the repository requires Node >=24; fixture builds invoke the Node-version guard.

The channel/github guided-setup feature ships as a patch (→ 0.29.4) but its registry gate requires >=0.31.0, so the released version blocks users from running its own setup.

The new channel/github registry entry declares an unpinned @vercel/connect dependency, deviating from the two sibling Connect-backed channel entries (slack, discord) which pin exact versions, leaving the scaffolded GitHub channel exposed to future breaking changes in connectGitHubCredentials.
