Replaced inefficient chained operations `.trim().split(' ').filter(...)` with `.match(/\S+/g) || []` across all Tipper modules for O(n) message parsing without intermediate array allocations.

💡 What: Replaced the chained token extraction
.trim().split(' ').filter(n => n !== '')with the more efficient regex equivalent.match(/\S+/g) || []across 9 Tipper module files.🎯 Why: The original pattern caused multiple intermediate array allocations (one for the split result, one for the filter result). The new pattern matches contiguous non-whitespace sequences natively without allocating intermediate objects.
📊 Impact: Reduces memory overhead (garbage collection footprint) per command execution. Furthermore, it cleanly handles arbitrary whitespace (like double spaces or tabs), making command parsing more robust.
🔬 Measurement: Ran Node syntax checks (
