Company agent

The Consultant will not act or attempt to act or represent itself directly or by implication as an agent of the Company or in any manner assume or create, or attempt to create, any obligation on behalf of, or in the name of the Company, without the Company’s prior written consent. Without limiting the foregoing, the Consultant will not have any right or authority to commit, obligate or bind the Company.
