Adds a skill in skill/ directory with SKILL.md and reference documentation covering getting started, patterns (signals, queries, child workflows, schedules, selectors, saga, cancellation), testing (unit, mock, replay), Nexus operations, determinism rules, and migration from the standard Go SDK.
