Patch release. cargo-semver-checks against 0.8.0: no semver update required — nothing public was removed, renamed, or changed shape, and the chart draws exactly what it drew before.

What is in it

• fix: draw a frame only when there is something new to show #104 / The event loop repaints every 80ms tick whether or not anything changed #102 — an idle chart repainted on an 80 ms timer whether or not anything had changed: a DEC 2026 bracket on the wire ~12.5 times a second for a picture nobody was changing. 244 repaints over a twenty-second idle wait, now 0.
• test: termlens 0.10.1, the CLI, and the invariant the suite rests on #103 — the termlens dev-dependency moves 0.9 → 0.10.1, and with it tests/emulation.rs (what the emulator drops, which is the invariant the other suites rest on), tests/cli.rs (termlens-cli against mossaic's own screens), and a check that stops the vendored skill drifting from the dependency.

• stress.yml green on main at 0ae213a — 10/10 shards, Linux and macOS, 1–16 threads (run)
• version bumped and Cargo.lock refreshed
• [Unreleased] moved to [0.8.1] - 2026-09-08, empty [Unreleased] left above it
• link definitions repointed ([Unreleased] → v0.8.1...HEAD, new [0.8.1] → v0.8.0...v0.8.1)
• every version the docs name bumped — the four action@v0.8.0 copy-paste pins plus the three illustrative "0.8.0" examples in action/action.yml, action/track.example.yml and action/README.md. The four genuinely historical mentions (0.1.0, 0.3.0, 0.4.0, "until 0.8.0") are left alone.
• fmt, clippy --all-targets --all-features, 240 tests, skill-version check — all clean

One note on my own process

Neither #103 nor #104 added its CHANGELOG.md entry at the time, which CONTRIBUTING.md §7 and the PR checklist both ask for. I wrote both here instead. Worth saying because I held an outside contributor to exactly that rule on termlens#321 last week — the rule is right, and I should have followed it in my own PRs rather than catching it at release time.
