Summary
Introduces the public model-free discovery application API and persistent ContextForge bridge protocol v1. Adds verified snapshot-bound reads, bounded expansion and packaging, source-identity drift detection, cancellation and bounded shutdown, security/read-only guarantees, distribution validation, documentation, and comprehensive regression coverage.
