devex: Add archived items to Storybook

Prep for #1397

Changes

• Adds stories for <btrix-archived-item-list> and <btrix-archived-items>
• Updates types based on API response

Manual testing

1. Start Storybook yarn storybook
2. Go to "Features / Archived Items List". Verify list renders as expected
3. Go to "Pages / Archived Items". Verify page renders as expected
