UI/UX vs Software Engineering

I have experience with 7 popular languages, but I'm not an excellent software engineer by software-engineering standards. My passion was UX and, necessarily, UI.

I have a strong preference for lightweight code. I'm a minimalist; I like simplicity. I expect things to be intuitive, and I expect things to work really well.

I don't like frameworks, dependencies, modules, or type-checking. I'm not always interested in optimal algorithms.

My native language is vanilla JavaScript. AI can translate.
