Rescues the final commit from the #590 branch — it was pushed after the squash-merge, so it never landed on main (the proxy fix and chip auto-save did land).
The datalist type-ahead is replaced with a Slack-style picker popover: search box, scrollable grid, the org's custom emoji first (with image previews), then the full standard set grouped by Slack's categories. Click to add (auto-saves); Escape closes; Enter picks the first match. The core
/v1/admin/slack-emojiendpoint now also returns the ordered standard emoji (name, char, category) from emoji-datasource so the picker isn't custom-only.Need help on this PR? Tag
