[codex] Improve HardView filtering and overview performance

Summary

• Fix list filter resets so segment choices survive re-renders, refreshes, and assignment updates within the current view.
• Move visible-device filtering/sorting into a Node-testable view-model helper and render list views from one computed list.
• Avoid cloning the full device cache for get_overview() and make OS build fallback robust when version is empty.
