Barium autoionization for efficient ion trap loading Z. J. Wall, J. D. Piel, S. R. Vizvary, M. Bareian, S. Diaz, E. Mossman, A. Ransford, C. H. Greene, E. R. Hudson, and W. C. Campbell
This repository contains the data used for the figures and analysis in the paper. The data describe photoionization and autoionization measurements in neutral barium for efficient ion-trap loading.
The main focus is the 413 nm + 530.8 nm photoionization pathway.
The data are provided as .csv files. These include measurements and calculations used for:
- autoionization spectra near 450 to 455 nm
- the 530.8 nm autoionizing resonance
- ion loading rate versus laser power
- comparisons between measured and calculated photoionization cross sections
