Purpose
This PR adds full Ukrainian (uk) language support to the Zonemaster GUI.
Context
Zonemaster currently lacks a Ukrainian translation. This contribution introduces the necessary UI strings and translated FAQ to make the interface accessible to Ukrainian-speaking users.
Changes
messages/uk.jsonwith translated UI strings.src/content/faq/uk/directory and translated all Markdown FAQ files.
