Improve discoverability: README positioning and npm keywords - #24

Lead with what Scene is (the UI model of the experimental Cratis model-first layer), link Screenplay, Stage, and Studio where they are mentioned, and add the shared Cratis ecosystem section so the repository is discoverable from the rest of the stack.
All eight @cratis/scene.* packages published no keywords, making them hard to find on npm. Add per-package keyword sets covering the Cratis ecosystem and category terms (ui, react, event-modeling, cqrs, event-sourcing, low-code).
