…ure runs Bakes in the confirmed two-dashboard hosted vision, the current settlement direction (still in flux, blocked on gittensor alignment), the corrected BYOR/APR repo-provisioning approach (JSONbored account, no new org), and the sandboxing security decisions filed this session, so scheduled gardening runs don't need to rediscover this context. Also reinforces defaulting to maintainer-only on any uncertainty, citing the repo-org mistake as the concrete cost of getting that wrong.
