Delivers EPP-F01B as a read-only browser program-status surface derived from committed evidence. It keeps product, benchmark, commercial, and program-health readiness independent; shows task, use-case, test, roadmap, benchmark, evidence, and delivery-lane status; supports atomic refresh and honest unavailable/stale/failed states; and packages the same validated fallback for source-free runtime use. Local verification: Wright dev push gate passed end to end; API 382 passed/1 skipped, tool registry 361 passed, broad 542 passed/47 skipped, program control 311 passed/1 skipped, Docker policy 6 passed/1 skipped, changed web 252 passed, isolated Chromium 4 passed, production build and strict MkDocs passed.
