Summary

PR #409 bumped regions to 3.15.2 (operator v3.13.2) without cascading to the formance umbrella chart: its Chart.lock still pinned regions 3.15.1, leaving main dirty for just pre-commit (every future PR would fail the Dirty job) and consumers of the umbrella chart without the operator upgrade (cr upload --skip-existing skips the already-released 1.18.1).

Charts bumped:

• formance 1.18.1 → 1.18.2 (patch, matching operator v3.13.1 → v3.13.2)

Chart.lock and READMEs regenerated via just pre-commit; no other chart's lock changed (operator OCI still resolves to v3.13.2), so the cascade stops here.

Test plan

• just pre-commit runs clean on the branch (lint + template all charts, regenerate docs)
• Cascade audit: the only modified Chart.lock belongs to a chart whose version is bumped in the same diff
• CI Dirty + Artifacts jobs green
