Add ±5-second rewind and forward controls for songs and podcasts also an option to double press on left and right of the image to ±5 seconds

Summary

• Added ±5 second rewind and forward support to the media player.
• Added Double Tap on left and right of the image move to ±5 seconds

Changes

• Added rewind and forward buttons to the player UI
• Implemented ±5 second seek logic
• Added the image Double Tap feature to settings which can be enabled through by navigating Settings > Playback > Double press on image to ±5 sec

Testing

• Verified UI controls trigger correct seek behaviour
• Tested it on an Android device. Model - Samsung A35
